I. The Word: Romans 3:1-4
1Then what advantage has the Jew? Or what is the benefit of circumcision? 2Great in every respect. First of all, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God. 3What then? If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it?
4May it never be! Rather, let God be found true, though every man be found a liar, as it is written, “THAT YOU MAY BE JUSTIFIED IN YOUR WORDS, AND PREVAIL WHEN YOU ARE JUDGED.”
II. Reflection Questions:
1. What are the “oracles of God” Paul mentions in verse 2?
2. How does verse 3 relate to verse 2?
3. What is a promise, in Scripture, that God has pressed on your heart? Will you make space to meditate and think on it today? Think out its implications and applications for your life.

We hope that you are making space to read through the book of Romans with us here on Starter and creating time to reflect on the Word. Please make time to not just read the Word with us everyday, but to also chew on it and ponder its meaning and application…then do what it says!
Since you all just heard from me this past Saturday on Romans 3 I figured I would spare you another sermon form me. Enjoy this resource from The Gospel Coalition.
